By accessing the Shop Manager application and its associated cyber-services, you agree to be bound by these comprehensive Terms and Conditions.

1. Software License and Permitted Use

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, limited license to use the application for inventory management.

• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code.
• You may not utilize bots or exploits to manipulate the Firebase backend architectures.
• You may not reproduce the proprietary UI/UX layouts or features.

2. System Uptime and Cloud Syncing

Shop Manager relies on external infrastructures (Google Firebase, local ISPs) to synchronize data across terminals.

While we target 99.9% uptime, we are not legally liable for business disruptions, loss of revenue, or hardware failures resulting from network outages.

3. Data Accuracy and Tax Liability

The Analytics and Invoice Generator features are administrative tracking tools. They do not constitute certified accounting software. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your financial exports before submitting them to tax authorities.

4. Policy Changes and App Updates

We actively push updates to patch bugs, introduce AI features, and improve security. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature within the App at any time. Continued usage of the app following updates indicates compliance.
